زندانی سیاسی ابوالقاسم فولادوند تحت شرایط شدید امنیتی، در بیمارستان هزار تختخوابی

زندانی سیاسی ابوالقاسم فولادوند از بستگان مجاهدان اشرفی، به‌دنبال وخامت حالش در روز چهارشنبه ۶مرداد به بیمارستان هزار تختخوابی منتقل شد و تحت شرایط شدید امنیتی قرار گرفت.

این زندانی سیاسی که از بیماریهای مختلف رنج می‌برد، در بیمارستان ممنوع الملاقات است و در اتاقی که بستری است چند تن از مأموران اطلاعات آخوندی مستقر شده و اجازه هیچ ملاقاتی را نمی‌دهند.

به گفته پرسنل بیمارستان زندانی سیاسی ابوالقاسم فولادوند در بخش جراحی ۱ و ۵ در طبقه دوم بیمارستان بستری است.

این زندانی سیاسی تا کنون بارها پس از کارشکنی و ممانعت دژخیمان زندان٫به بیمارستان اعزام و بدون درمان به زندان برگردانده شده بود.

ابوالقاسم فولادوند توسط شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه ارتجاع به سرپرستی قاضی جنایتکار صلواتی به اتهام هواداری از سازمان مجاهدین خلق ایران به ۱۸سال حبس قطعی و ۷۴ ضربه شلاق محکوم شده است.

خامنه ای فاشیسم دینی را جار زد مهدی سامع

بار دیگر مقام معظم چهره فاشیستی خود را عیان کرد و زنان را زیر تازیانه شَرع گرفت.

فاشیسم هیتلری ابتدا یهودیان را مجبور به داشتن علامت مخصوص کرد، سپس آنان را مورد آزار و اذیت قرار داد و به جدا سازی اقدام کرد و بالاخره آنان را دستگیر و روانه اردوگاههای کشتار و کوره های آدم سوزی کرد. خمینی هم در دهه ۶۰ با کشتارهای وحشیانه و با قتل عام زندانیان سیاسی در تابستان ۱۳۶۷ که اکنون در سالگرد آن هستیم، همین راه و روش فاشیستی را در پیش گرفت. اکنون خامنه ای با خط و نشان کشیدن برای زنان کُنه افکار و کردار فاشیستی خود را به نمایش گذاشته است.

روز ۲۰ اردیبهشت امسال خلیفه تهران درجمع تعدادی از اراذل و اوباش که با اتیکت تقلبی «شورای جبهه ملی مردمی» علامت گذاری شده و با صفت «عفاف و حجاب» رفتار پلیدشان پوشانده شده بود، دستورات جابرانه خود را صادر کرد. حرفهای او در آن موقع بازتاب رسانه ای نداشت. 

دو ماه بعد در دومین اجلاس فعالان [بخوانید قَداره بندان] مردمی [بخوانید اراذل و اوباش] عرصه عفاف و حجاب که در روزهای چهارشنبه ۳۰ و پنجشنبه ۳۱ تیر امسال در مشهد برگزار شد، آخوند دعایی دستورات مقام معظم را به اطلاع تعدادی از اعضای باندهای سیاه ولایت با عنوان «فعال فرهنگی» رساند. 

به گزارش رجانیوز، فرازهایی از سخنان خامنه ای چنین است: 

«بحثهای انحرافی همانند این که حجاب الزامی، اجباری یا اختیاری است، وجود دارد. این حرفها به نظر من در جمهوری اسلامی جا ندارد……اگر چنانچه معلوم شد چیزی از نظر شرع حرام است، حکومت اسلامی موظف است که در مقابل این حرام بایستد. ….می بینید انگیزه هایی را که برای ترویج بی عفتی -نه بی حجابی- در جامعه وجود دارد و دارند تزریق می کنند. این ابزارهای جدید مانند فضای مجازی و غیره به این فضا کمک می کنند….. نمی شود گفت ما عرضه مشروبات الکی را آزاد کنیم و بگوییم مردم نخورید! شارع مقدس برای این موضوع شلاق قرار داده، یعنی این جوری نیست که فقط به نکنید گفتن اکتفا کند. 

ممکن است شما بگویید فلان روش، روش غلط، تند یا ناکارآمدی است و فلان روش روش بهتری است، اینها بحث دیگری است، اما در اینکه باید مواجهه و مقابله کرد، در این کسی نباید تردید کند.»

کشف ِ خـلاق ِ حـنيف – عزيز فولاد وند

دفاعيه اي است در حق آن انديشمند فرهيخته، آن عاصي خوب و ساده زيست، آن آرمانخواه نستوه. “حنيف” را مي گويم. آن راهگشا، آن بَلَدِ راه را مي گويم. نامي که در حافظه جمعي خطه فرهنگي ما حضوري پُر رنگ دارد. راهگشاي انديشه اي که با حيات سياسي ـ اجتماعي معاصر ما پيوندي عميق دارد. انديشه “حنيف” به موضوعي جدي، در جامعه ما تبديل شده است.

جهان در شعله هاي آتش ِ قساوت و عدم مدارا مي سوزد. براي دسترسي به تسامحي اي نسبي راه درازي در پيش داريم. اين راه بسي مشقت زا و پر سنگلاخ است. عدم وجود قلاوُزي (مرشدي) ذيصلاح بر سختي کار مي افزايد. سردرگمي، تنفر، رميدگي و برتري منشي هنجارغالب شده است. آتش کينه، نفرت و نبود مهرورزي هم در جهان اسلام شعله ور است. حتي ميراث فرهنگي آشور و اکد هم از شعله هاي اين خشم و کين مصون نيست.

در کوچه پس کوچه هاي اين ديار، خاور ميانه، زماني موعظه گري عاصي و پر از مِهر، رو به مردم چنين بشارت مي داد:

“خوشا به حال گرسنگان و تشنگان عدالت، زيرا سير خواهند شد،

خوشا به حال آنان که مهربان و با گذشتند، زيرا از ديگران گذشت خواهند ديد،

خوشا به حال پاک دلان، زيرا خدا را خواهند ديد،

خوشا به حال آنان که براي برقراري صلح بين مردم کوشش مي کنند،

زيرا ايشان فرزندان خدا ناميده خواهند شد…”

آتش زدن سینماها، تخریب مغاز ها و محل کار صاحبان بخش خصوصی و غارت آنها، چپاول بانک ها، ویران کردن اداره ها و سازمان های دولتی، همگی و بدون استثناء سرچشمه در خواست جنایتکارانه خمینی و ملایان چسبیده به او داشتند نه در قیام مردم ایران برای پایان دادن به استبداد و استقرار آزادی و دموکراسی . پیروان خمینی اوج اینگونه تروریسم کور را در آخر مرداد پنجاه و هفت با به آتش کشیدن سینما رکس آبادن و سوزاندن بیش چهار صد تن زن و مرد پیر و جوان و کودک به نمایش گذاشتند.

درست از فردای سقوط رژیم پیشین (به علت سلطه ی خمینی به جای حاکمیت مردم، از کار برد مفهوم ” پیروزی انقلاب” پرهیز می کنم)، خمینی نه مبتنی بر تحبیب دل های مردم ایران و اتکاء به قانون های پذیرفته شده ی بین المللی، بلکه بر اساس اشاعه ی ترور در داخل و خارج از کشور، به تحکیم پایه های حاکمیتش پرداخت. ماجراهای ترورهای داخلی و کشتار ده ها هزار تن از مردم آزادخواه ایران را نمی توان در صدها کتاب و هزاران گزارش محدود بیان کرد. ترور هائی که از همان هفته های اول چیرگی خمینی و با حمله وحشیانه به تظاهرات آرام زنان در چهاردهم اسفند پنجاه و هفت با شعار خمینی خواسته ی ” یا روسری یا توسری” آغاز شدند و با کشتارهای کم نظیرمردم تا همین امروز ادامه دارند.

«سیل بنیان کن» در فضای مجازی

نمایش جمعه این هفته تهران را آخوند گریان صدیقی برگزار کرد. این آخوند جنایتکار که نمی‌توانست از بحران فیشهای حقوق نجومی کارگزاران نظام که گریبان رژیم ولایت‌فقیه را گرفته فرار کند در ترس از حرکتهای اعتراضی مردم، به‌ویژه جوانان و کارگران گفت که «غفلتی واقع شده» که ما یعنی کارگزاران نظام «چشم باز می‌کنیم ما ادعای حکومت.. » و در ادامه وقیحانه از حکومت علوی و اسلامی دم زد.

بسا ننگ و نفرین بر آخوندهای جنایتکار که به نام اسلام، این دین برابری و مساوات و به نام حضرت علی علیه‌السلام، سمبل پاکدستی در بیت‌المال، که بخاطر خفتن بر حصیری به روی خاک لقب ابوتراب گرفته بود، چنین غارت و چپاول نجومی‌یی را راه انداختند و این‌طور بر گرده مردم مظلوم ایران سوار شدند. در این زمینه گفتنیها بسیار است، اما اجازه بدهید به بخش دیگری از صحبتهای آخوند صدیقی بپردازیم. او در بخش دیگری از صحبت هایش دنبالة حرفهای ولی‌فقیهش را گرفت و چنین حرفهایی زد: «و اما آخرین نکته‌یی که به‌محضر شریف شما عرض می‌کنم که هم هشدار است هم استنثار است و هم خون جگر است, این ولنگاری فرهنگی است؛ رهبری فرمودند من احساس می‌کنم هم در دولت و هم در غیردولت یک نوع ولنگاری وجود دارد بیش از ۱۰۰ شبکه ماهواره‌یی با زبان فارسی به اعتقادات ما می‌تازند به اخلاقیات ما می‌تازند؛ این شبکه‌های مجازی بصورت یک رودخانه‌یی در حرکت است و هر لحظه به‌صورت سیل بنیان کن در میآیند» . Why have Tehran mullahs begun a new round of repression of women?

Thirty-eight years after the clerical regime took power in Iran

and imposed the mandatory veil on women, today, one of the most serious political and security predicaments of the mullahs is Iranian women and girls' active refusal to give in to the medieval laws instructing them to wear the veil.

Unable to respond to the needs of a progressive and freedom-loving society that had torn the bondage of a monarchic dictatorship, the new fundamentalist regime in Tehran found the solution for imposing its rule in coercing women to wear the veil and suppressing the entire society thereby.

The solution fit well with the mullahs' misogynist vision and allowed them to conceal their political oppression and savagery in a religious wrap for justification. That is why misogyny and suppression of women are indispensable to the regime's domestic repression and has turned into a pillar of the mullahs' rule, just as important as their policies of warmongering, export of terrorism and acquiring the nuclear bomb.

Iranian women reportedly arrested for riding bicycles in public

Iranian authorities are reportedly enforcing a rule which prohibits women from publicly riding their bicycles, reports the International Business Times.

According to the National Council of Resistance of Iran, or NCRI, some women were arrested on July 26 for violating the recent directive.

Signs reportedly went up in May, with one example translated by NCRI as saying, "Bicycle riding for women is prohibited in this place. Women are set to ride at the women's park."

It was signed by the "Headquarters of prohibiting vice and promoting virtue" which the organization says is "one of the 26 Iranian agencies tasked with cracking down on women."

Some of the cyclists are believed to have been taken into custody after they resisted officers' orders to pledge in writing that they would not engage in the banned activity again.

Hanging with the People's Mujahadeen of Iran

In 1997, US President Bill Clinton added Iran’s People’s Mujahadeen (Mujahideen Khalq in Persian, or MEK) to the list of designated foreign terrorist organizations, and in 2012 his wife Secretary of State Hillary Clinton took them off.

One of them erred and erred badly.

The MEK fought hard against the Shah Reza Pahlavi before and during the Iranian Revolution in 1979. Afterward, when the Islamist faction led by Ayatollah Khomeini emerged the strong horse in the ensuing struggle for power, they fought the new government alongside Iran’s leftist movements and lost.

Iran’s government insists on calling them terrorists and convinced Bill Clinton to do so as well.

They’re based in France now. They have to base themselves somewhere outside Iran because they’ll be tortured and executed if they go home. And they’ve formed a larger umbrella organization that includes other opposition movements called the National Council of Resistance of Iran. Every year they hold a huge rally in Paris that’s broadcast live on television (via satellite, of course) into Iran.

Iran reveals paranoia over opposition forces’ Free Iran rally in Paris

London, 29 Jul – Iran’s regime has tried to perpetrate the myth that there is no viable opposition to its rule, the opponents of the theocratic government say. Tehran has suggested that the Iranian Resistance, made up of groups like the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) and the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), does not have the support of the Iranian people.

Their supporters included influential people from around the world; former U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Newt Gingrich, former Governor and Democratic Party chairman Howard Dean, former President of the European Commission Jose Manual Barroso, former Foreign Minister of Canada John Baird, and Prince Turki al-Faisal of Saudi Arabia.

Tehran’s paranoia over opposition Free Iran rally in Paris

NCRI - For years, the Iranian regime has been peddling the notion that no viable opposition exists in Iran. In its relations with foreign governments, Tehran downplays the existence of a viable opposition, in particular suggesting that the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran, PMOI (MEK), has no major standing among Iranians and poses no serious threat. As such, for a long time Tehran opted the line of trying to ignore the PMOI and the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI).

در ادامه مقاله الشرق‌الأوسط آمده است: «غیر از روزنامه‌ها، سایتهای خبری، آژانس‌ها، که بسیاری از آنها در «توییتر» معروف هستند، و برخی از آنها واضح و برخی دیگر تقلبی هستند و هدف آنها فتنه افکنی در منطقه و به‌ویژه عربستان است که به گفته یکی از مسؤلان آنها، صدها هزار شناسه مجازی وجود دارد که از سایتهای با نفوذ رژیم ایران اداره می‌شوند و این واقعیتی است که هرازگاهی در عربستان کشف می‌شود. موضوع به اینجا ختم نمی‌شود، چرا که وزیر اطلاع‌رسانی بحرین پیش از این در مصاحبه‌یی با روزنامه ما گفت: ۴۰ ایستگاه تحت حمایت مالی رژیم ایران هستند که امنیت بحرین را هدف قرار داده‌اند. برای همه روشن است که رژیم ایران این کار را برای توسعه نفوذ مذهبی خود در منطقه انجام می‌دهد، و این امر در لبنان به‌طور آشکار دیده می‌شود. و پیش از آن تلاش هایی برای نفوذ به مصر وجود داشت

اظهارات فائزه رفسنجانی و تشدید موج حملات باند خامنه‌ای

در ادامه بحران درونی حکومت آخوندی و اظهارات فائزه رفسنجانی درباره انزجار اجتماعی از استبداد دینی و خودکامگی خامنه‌ای، عوامل ولی‌فقیه ارتجاع رفسنجانی را به‌شدت مورد حمله قرار داده‌اند. فائزه رفسنجانی در اظهاراتی که روی شبکه‌های اجتماعی منتشر شده گفته بود:

من معتقدم که حکومتها به‌خاطر خطاهایی که دارند به پای دین می‌نویسند دین رو بهش آسیب می‌زنند و به همین دلیل من فکر می‌کنم برای این‌که دین آسیب نبینه و مردم نسبت به دین حالت زدگی پیدا نکنند حکومت اگر دینی نباشه بهتره. من به‌دلیل موافق نیستم (کف زدن جمعیت) شاید برای در ابتدای انقلاب فکر می‌شد این حکومت با بقیه حکومتها فرق میکنه و میتونه اسلام واقعی رو پیاده بکنه. ولی به مرور زمان دیدیم نه، نه تنها حاکمان ما اسلام واقعی رو پیاده نکردند بلکه جامعه ما هم نسبت به دین به‌خاطر عملکرد حاکمیت گریزان شد. سایر مسائل رو هم که نگاه بکنیم همینه. بنابراین، به نظر من این نشان‌دهنده تأثیر یک حکومت دینی که ارزشهای مردم رو هم در واقع یک جوری در معرض خطر قرار میده و آن دینی که مردم بهش باور دارند اون هم ضعیف شده. من به همین دلیل فکر می‌کنم حکومت دینی بیشتر دین رو خراب میکنه.

به دنبال اظهارات فائزه رفسنجانی، سایت پاسدار رضایی نوشت: بنا بر نسبت پدر و دختری و جایگاه انتصابی که رفسنجانی در حاکمیت دارد, افکار عمومی به‌دنبال پاسخ و واکنش مناسب وی نسبت به رفتار و اظهارات فائزه هاشمی است. (منبع: تابناک ۵/۵/۹۵)

آخوند پژمانفر، رئیس کمیسیون فرهنگی مجلس ارتجاع تأکید کرد که جنجال‌سازی اخیر فائزه هاشمی برای تحت الشعاع قرار دادن رسوایی فیشهای حقوقی است. وی افزود: جامعه سؤالات و ابهاماتی در مورد شخص رفسنجانی دارد که خود او باید سؤالات و ابهامات را پاسخگو باشد. (منبع: رسالت ۶/۵/۹۵) 

روزنامه حکومتی رسالت نیز نوشت: اظهارات فائزه هاشمی مبنی بر «نفی حکومت دینی» که با کف و سوت همراه بود، … قبل از این‌که به نظام ظلم کنند به پدرش ظلم کرده که در برپایی حکومت دینی مرارت‌ها کشیده است.

این روزنامه با یادآوری شعار «انتخابات بهانه است، اصل نظام نشانه است» در جریان قیام مردم در سال ۸۸ وحشت خود را از پیامدهای تعمیق اختلافات در رأس رژیم به نمایش گذاشت. (منبع: رسالت ۶/۵/۹۵) 

یک رسانه‌ی دیگر باند خامنه‌ای به نام مشرق رفسنجانی را در «دوراهی انتخاب» برای آینده خود مخیر کرد که یا همراه با دخترش «سقوط» کند یا از او اعلام «برائت» کرده و خود را «نجات» دهد. (منبع: مشرق۵/۵/۹۵)

اعتراف پاسدار رضایی: مردم از شنیدن شعار و شعار و شعار خسته شده‌اند

پاسدار محسن رضایی دبیر مجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام آخوندی اذعان کرد مردم ایران از شعارهای توخالی رژیم خسته شده‌اند.

وی روز چهارشنبه ۶مرداد۹۵ در اینستاگرام نوشت: در یک کلام با شعار نمی‌شود کشور را اداره کرد. : کشور ما، نیازمند جدیت و اقتدار است؛ چه در برخورد با فیش‌های حقوقی؛ چه در پاسخ دندان‌شکن به الجبیر؛ چه در حفاظت از محیط زیست و چه در حفاظت از سفارتخانه‌ها.

مردم از شنیدن شعار و شعار و شعار خسته شده‌اند. آنان انتظار دارند خودروهای کشور با کیفیت شوند و با سازندگانِ خودروهای بی‌کیفیت به‌طورجدی برخورد گردد. مردم انتظار دارند که دزدان و قاچاقچیان از دولت بترسند؛ و مردم می‌خواهند آمریکا وادار شود که تعهداتش را در برجام عمل کند و آن را نقض نکند. در یک کلام با شعار نمی‌شود کشور را اداره کرد.

محمد هاشمی رفسنجانی: مردم درباره فیش‌های حقوقی می‌گویند همه سروته یک کرباسند

محمد هاشمی رفسنجانی به تنفر مردم از رژیم آخوندی و دزدیهای کلان کارگزاران دزد و غارتگر رژیم اعتراف کرد.

به نوشته روزنامه حکومتی اعتماد وی گفتگوی تفصیلی درباره مسایل سیاسی امروز کشور به فیشهای حقوقهای اشاره کرد و گفت: «آنچه که نگران‌کننده است، این‌که متأسفانه مردم این نوع مسائل را به پای نظام می‌نویسند که باعث بی‌اعتمادی می‌شود. بعضاً حرف‌هایی هم در فضای مجازی و محافل مختلف مطرح می‌شود. یعنی منظور این است که این‌گونه نیست که مردم این مسأله را به دولت یا چند وزیر اقتصادی آن ربط دهند. مردم این را به کل نظام تعمیم می‌دهند و تعابیر ناخوشایندی را هم به‌کار می‌برند. می‌گویند همه مثل هم هستند یا همه سر و ته یک کرباسند. متأسفانه برخورد مردم در جامعه این‌گونه است. … تحلیل و نگاه مردم این است. البته خودم هم که در برخی محافل حضور دارم و از برخوردهای مردم می‌فهمیم به همین نحو است» .

خبرگزاری آلمان در تاریخ ۹ آوریل۲۰۱۵ برابر با ۲۰ فروردین ۱۳۹۵ دادستان کل فدرال آلمان علیه دو تن  به نامهای میثم پناهی و سعید رحمانی به اتهام جاسوسی علیه سازمان مجاهدین خلق ایران و شورای ملی مقاومت خبر داد

متعاقبا دادستان آلمان، درتاریخ ۲۸ اکتبر ۲۰۱۵ دستور بازداشت میثم پناهی را صادرکرد . میثم پناهی درتاریخ ۲۹  اکتبر در برابر دیوان عالی آلمان قرارگرفت و به او تفهیم اتهام شد.

پس از ۹ ماه تحقیقات قضایی گسترده، محاکمه علنی میثم پناهی و سعید رحمانی در دادگاه آلمان شروع شد. پس از دو ماه رسیدگی و۹ جلسه علنی، برغم تشبثات گسترده وزارت اطلاعات و نيز بسيج مزدوران در اروپا مزدور ميثم پناهي كه از سال ۱۳۹۲ به جاسوسي عليه مقاومت ايران مشغول بوده به ۲ سال و چهار ماه زندان و پرداخت هزينه هاي دادگاه محكوم شد. مزدور ديگر، سعيد رحماني از اين پيش تر به ۱۰۰ روز كار اجباري محكوم شده بود.

رژیم ایران و شاگردانش

چه می‌شود اگر به القاعده و داعش نه به‌عنوان رقبای رژیم ایران که شاگردان آن نگاه کنیم؟ شاید در نگاه اول این ایده عجیب به نظر برسد چرا که القاعده و داعش هر دو گروه‌های شبه‌نظامی سنی هستند ولی رژیم ایران یک حکومت مذهبی شیعه است و آن‌ها حداقل در ظاهر یکدیگر را مرتد می‌دانند. از آنجا که ادعای وجود چنین ارتباط نزدیکی میان این گروهها و ایران کاملاً در تضاد با خرد متعارف است، حتماً باید این ادعا را از طریق جستجو برای نشانه‌های تاثیرگذاری دوجانبه، ارزش‌های مشترک، و اهداف مشترک مورد بررسی و آزمایش قرار دهیم. به‌عنوان مثال، در ۱۰ ژوئن ۲۰۱۶، طلحه عبدالرزاق، یک محقق “مؤسسه استراتژی و امنیت ”در دانشگاه “اکستر ” (انگلستان) ادعا کرد که «داعش در صورت موفقیت، چیزی شبیه به جمهوری اسلامی خواهد بود» . او به شباهت‌های رفتاری رژیم ایران و شاگردان فرضی‌اش اشاره کرد:“هر دو با نام اسلام‌گرایی نظامی در داخل و خارج به اعمال تروریستی وحشتناک و نقض حقوق‌بشر دست زده‌اند“. با این حال، رفتار مشابه برای اثبات روابط فامیلی کافی نیست.

اسناد آمریکایی منتشر شده توسط ویکی‌لیکس حاکی از رابطه میان رژیم تهران و القاعده در عراق بود که پیش از به وجود آمدن داعش در این کشور حضور داشت. پیامی با تاریخ ۱۷ نوامبر ۲۰۰۶ و با عنوان «گزارش جنگ عراق: القاعده و تاکتیک‌های جدید بمب‌گذاری انتحاری» که روز ۲۲ اکتبر ۲۰۱۰ در “گاردین ”منتشر شد، شواهدی ارائه کرده بود که نشان می‌داد تهران به شورشیان القاعده در عراق آموزش‌هایی داده تا از نوعی جلیقه‌های انتحاری که توانایی نصب دوربین فیلمبرداری دارد استفاده کنند. در ۹ مارس ۲۰۱۶، یک دادگاه منطقه‌یی در حوزه جنوب نیویورک در منهتن حکم داد که تهران به‌خاطر نقش احتمالی‌اش در کمک به هواپیماربایان القاعده باید به قربانیان یازده سپتامبر غرامت پرداخت کند.

اطلاعاتي در بارة مهره‌هاي اصلي شبكه وزارت اطلاعات در آلمان

ادارة حراست از قانون اساسي آلمان گزارش سالانة خود را در ۲۶۰ صفحه و با مقدمة يي به قلم توماس دمزير وزير كشور آلمان، در ژوئيه ۲۰۱۵ منتشر كرد.

بخشي از گزارش سالانة ادارة حراست از قانون اساسي آلمان، كه منتشرشده، گوشه‌هايي از فعاليت‌هاي وزارت اطلاعات و سفارت رژيم آخوندي در سال ۲۰۱۴ را نيز در برمي‌گيرد. اين گزارش كه توسط وزارت كشور آلمان تنظيم‌شده، تصريح مي‌کند كه جاسوسي و مبارزه با اپوزيسيون ايران مهم‌ترين كار دستگاه اطلاعاتي رژيم آخوندي است و به‌ويژه مجاهدين و شوراي ملي مقاومت و هواداران مقاومت ايران را هدف اقدامات جاسوسي و اطلاعاتي خود قرار مي‌دهد.

شبكه وزارت اطلاعات در آلمان متشكل از چه كساني است؟ اگرچه گزارش حراست آلمان اسامي را اعلام نكرده ولي اين شبكه سال‌هاست كه براي پليس و ارگان‌هاي اطلاعاتي آلمان، كما اينكه براي مقاومت ايران كاملاً شناخته‌شده است.

گزارش سالانه اداره حراست از قانوني اساسي آلمان زير عنوان، «سرويس‌هاي اطلاعاتي جمهوري اسلامي ايران»، مي نويسد:

«جاسوسي و مبارزه با جنبش‌هاي اپوزيسيون در ايران و خارج از ايران، همچنان يكي از نقاط اصلي تمركز كار دستگاه اطلاعاتي رژيم ايران را تشكيل مي‌دهد. به همين خاطر اين سيستم‌هاي اطلاعاتي در كشورهاي غربي، اطلاعاتي در زمينة سياسي، اقتصادي و علوم را كسب مي‌كنند. عامل اصلي‌ فعاليت‌ها عليه آلمان، همچنان وزارت اطلاعات و امنيت (رژيم ايران) است. تمركز آن به‌طور خاص بر سازمان مجاهدين خلق ايران و شوراي ملي مقاومت ايران است. در كنار آن فعاليت‌هاي اطلاعاتي و شناسايي عليه سيستم‌ها و تجهيزات آلمان در داخل و خارج از كشور را به عهده دارد. منافع ادامه‌دار اهداف آلمان، قبل از هر چيز در محدودة سياست خارجي و امنيتي، قرار دارد».

«هدفي» كه براي آن شستشوي مغزي شده‌ايم! –ميثم

در روزهايي هستيم كه چند حماسة تاريخي در كنار هم، الماس درخشاني را بر چلچراغ تاريخ ايران آويخته‌اند. سر به دار شدن ۳۰ هزار مجاهد، عمليات فروغ جاويدان و حماسة فروغ ايران در ۶و۷مرداد؛ به ويژه اينكه اين الماس درخشان پس از كهكشاني‌ست كه آه از نهاد رژيم برآورده. آنچنان كه تا به امروز پياپي در رسانه‌ها و از زبان كارگزارانش مي‌نالد و تلاش ميكند با حرفهاي نخ‌نما شدة خود و وزارت اطلاعات و مزدورانش، در ذهن نسل جوان و تشنة آزادي ايران، چهرة مجاهدين را مخدوش كند. اكنون نيز با نزديك شدن به سالروز آن دلاوريها، باز هم رژيم تلاش مي‌كند همين حماسه‌هاي غرورآفرين تاريخ ايران را دستاويز دروغ و فريب خود قرار داده، شايد بتواند در مسير پر شتاب گرايش جوانان  ايران به سوي مجاهدين، مانعي ايجاد كند.

يكي از اين حرفهاي نخ‌نما شده، «شستشوي مغزي» ما مجاهدين توسط رهبري‌مان است. اينكه «سازمان… شستشوی مغزی اعضای خود را در دستور کار قرار داد»؛ يا سازمان براي «كنترل ذهن (اعضاي خود) يا همان شستشوي مغزي… (مي‌خواهد) از آنها يك آدم بي‌اراده بسازد… تا صد در صد (هدفشان، هدف) رجوی باشد». پس من و ما شستشوي مغزي شده‌ايم! براي اينكه هدفمان، هدف «رجوي» باشد! اما بگذاريد كمي عميق‌تر شويم؛ براي اينكه بفهميم درد چيست؛ آيا مشكل نظام ولايت، دلسوزي براي مغز ماست كه شستشو داده شده؟ يا درد و سوزش عميق و جانكاه نظام ولايت، دقيقا همان «هدف رجوي» است؟ براي چه تا اين حد نگران است از «شستشوی مغزی نیروها در جهت نیل به اهدافي» كه سازمان و رجوي «در سر می پرورانند»؟ (سايت حكومتي حاميان ولايت-۲مرداد۹۵) پس اگر درد «هدف رجوي» است، براي پي بردن به ريشة نگراني و سوزش نظام و «حاميان ولايت»، بايد ديد «هدف رجوي» چيست؟

هدف مسعود رجوي، همان است كه در تابستان ۶۷ سي هزار مجاهد به خاطر آن به دژخيم «نه» گفتند و به رجوي «آري!»؛ همانها كه خميني مي‌خواست براي كوتاه آمدن از همان «هدف»، دست از نام «مجاهد» بشويند؛ اما آنها براي حفاظت از نام جاهد، با فرياد «درود بر رجوي» با طنابهاي دار دژخيم، جاودانه گشتند.

Le 27 juillet, le Conseil national de la résistance iranienne, opposition à la République islamique d’Iran, a révélé qu’un groupe des femmes avait été arrêté par la police simplement pour avoir fait du vélo. Ces dernières comptaient participer à un événement sportif dans la ville de Marivan. A ce moment-là, les autorités leur ont dit qu’une nouvelle mesure du gouvernement interdisait les femmes à faire du vélo en public. Le CNRI a déclaré qu'il avait été demandé aux femmes concernées de mettre par écrit qu’elles ne réitéreraient pas cette violation de la loi. Mais certaines auraient été mises en garde à vue pour avoir protesté contre cette demande.

« Cette dernière mesure restrictive montre que la misogynie s’est intensifiée sous l'administration d’Hassan Rohani. Chaque jour qui passe le régime des mollahs porte davantage atteinte aux droits fondamentaux des femmes qu’elles avaient péniblement combattus pour obtenir », a déclaré Farideh Karimi, membre du CNRI et militante des droits de l'Homme. EN IRAN, DES FEMMES MISES EN GARDE À VUE CAR ELLES FAISAIENT DU VÉLO EN PUBLIC

Mardi, des femmes qui faisaient du vélo en public ont été arrêtées par la police locale iranienne. Pour éviter des poursuites, elles ont été obligées de promettre de ne plus pratiquer ce sport sans être à l'abri des regards.
La question des droits fondamentaux des femmes en Iran se pose à nouveau. Pour preuve, un groupe de femmes a été arrêté mardi car elles faisaient du vélo dans un lieu public, dans la ville de Marivan, au Nord-Ouest du pays. Celles-ci souhaitaient participer à une compétition de cyclisme, où les participants devaient faire une course d'environ 5 km.

Après avoir enfourché leurs vélos, le groupe de femmes s'est fait arrêter par la police locale, qui leur a stipulé que le vélo était interdit pour les femmes dans les lieux publics. Les femmes sont alors obligées de promettre qu'elles ne feront plus jamais de vélo dans un lieu public, selon le Conseil National de la Résistance Iranienne (CNRI), qui a révélé l'affaire. Plusieurs d'entres elles se sont rebellées contre cette interdiction. Résultat : elles ont été placées en garde à vue.

La police a indiqué que depuis mai, les femmes n'ont plus le droit de faire du vélo dans les allées publiques du pays et les chefs de police ont déjà mis en garde les femmes, indiquant que celles qui se risqueraient à faire du vélo seraient poursuivies.

Evidemment, les hommes, eux, sont libres de faire du vélo comme ils le souhaitent. 28 Jul - At the Free Iran rally on July 9 in Paris, Ambassador Lincoln P. Bloomfield Jr. gave an interview to the ‘Alliance for Public Awareness - Iranian Communities in Europe’.

Ambassador Bloomfield was U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Political Military Affairs from 2001-2005, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern affairs (1992-1993), Deputy Assistant to the Vice President for National Security Affairs (1991-1992), and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs (1988-1989).

In the interview, Bloomfield addressed U.S. government officials’ misunderstandings of both the Iranian regime and the Iranian Resistance.

He said, the U.S. is "illiterate about the significance of June 20, 1981 when the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI or MEK) tried to uphold a ‘glorious outpouring of democracy,’ and Khomeini's theocrats ‘shot their way to power.’ From the failure to appreciate the true meaning of this event have flowed a number of other misperceptions that are only now being corrected - although ‘the work goes on’ to dispel ‘a global influence operation’ by the regime's Intelligence Ministry (MOIS).”

Women 'arrested for riding bicycles' in Iran and made to sign pledge never to cycle in public again

A group of women has reportedly been arrested for riding bicycles in Iran and made to sign pledges not to repeat the “violation”.

They were planning to participate in a cycling event in the north-western city of Marivan when police told them a new government directive had barred women riding bicycles in public.

Tehran’s paranoia over opposition Free Iran rally in Paris

NCRI - For years, the Iranian regime has been peddling the notion that no viable opposition exists in Iran. In its relations with foreign governments, Tehran downplays the existence of a viable opposition, in particular suggesting that the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran, PMOI (MEK), has no major standing among Iranians and poses no serious threat. As such, for a long time Tehran opted the line of trying to ignore the PMOI and the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI).

UP TO 150 teenage boys and girls have been arrested by police in Iran in the latest raid to crackdown on youngsters attending mixed gender events.

The young Iranians were detained following a raid by police on a garden in Islamshahr, near the capital city of Tehran, after attending a birthday party.

The arrests are the latest in a series of raids across the strict Islamic country, including one on a graduation party that led to 30 students receiving 99 lashes.

Up to 150 boys and girls have been arrested in Iran after they attended a mixed-gender birthday party near the capital city of Tehran.
The young Iranians were detained following a raid by police on a garden in Islamshahr following a tip-off from locals.
Colonel Mohsen Khancherli, police commander for the west of Tehran Province, told the Tasnim news agency that officers were monitoring gardens following the arrival of summer.

150 boys and girls arrested near Iran capital for attending mixed-gender party

NCRI - Iran's fundamentalist regime arrested 150 boys and girls for attending a mixed-gender birthday party near the capital Tehran, the regime’s local police commander said on Monday.

The arrests took place at an overnight party in a garden in the vicinity of Islamshahr, south-west of Tehran, according to Colonel Mohsen Khancherli, the regime's police commander for the west of Tehran Province.

Khancherli told the Tasnim news agency, affiliated to the regime's terrorist Revolutionary Guards Quds Force, on Monday (July 25): "After we obtained a report about a mixed-gender party in a garden in the vicinity of Islamshahr in the west of Tehran Province, an operation was carried out by the police and another organization, leading to the arrest of dozens of boys and girls."

"Some 150 boys and girls had gathered at the mixed-gender party under the guise of a birthday party in this garden which is situated next to a studio where unlawful music was produced and recorded. In addition to giving a bit of background on the MEK, Totten writes about his personal experience of attending an MEK rally in Paris just this month. The rally was called "Free Iran."

It included speeches from the former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Newt Gingrich (R-Georgia), former Vermont Governor Howard Dean (Democrat), former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson (Democrat), former Congressman Patrick Kennedy (D-Rhode Island.), former Senator Robert Torricelli (D-New Jersey), and former Secretary of Homeland Security Tom Ridge (Republican). Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani (Republican) was also scheduled to be there, but couldn’t make it.

The keynote speaker was Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, the main opposition coalition which includes the MEK. Rajavi, Totten says, is Iran’s Daenerys Targaryen, an exiled woman who wishes to overthrow an illegitimate government by rallying forces around her from abroad.

The account in World Affairs goes on to point out the Iranian opposition's 10-point political platform for a future Iran which includes:

1.                  A republic based on universal suffrage.

2.                  Individual freedoms, including free expression and a free press.

3.                  The abolition of the death penalty.

4.                  Separation of mosque and state.

5.                  Gender equality.

6.                  The rule of law.

7.                  The Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

8.                  Private property and a market economy.

9.                  A foreign policy based on peaceful coexistence.

10.              A non-nuclear Iran.

Free Iran rally deserves Western support

Michael J. Totten wrote an article for the World Affairs website in which he discusses the Iranian Resistance, in particular the huge rally held every year in Paris which he attended.
He said the People’s Mujahadeen of Iran (PMOI / MEK) were wrongly added to the list of designated foreign terrorist organisations by the US on the insistence of the Iranian regime. He said the Khomeinists assert that the PMOI is “contaminated” with atheism and the “Western plague.” They are also critical that the movement is led by a woman - Maryam Rajavi.
Totten highlighted that the MEK were designated a terrorist organization because Bill Clinton wanted to improve relations with Iran and he was simply trying to please the alleged “moderate” Mohammad Khatami who turned out not to be moderate at all.
Moderation, he said, is exemplified by the MEK, giving their 10-point platform for a future Iran as an example.
